The Defendant’s rights, title and interest in a certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 9507,

Mogoditshane, situated at Mogoditshane in the Kweneng Tribal Territory measuring 969

m2 (Nine Hundred and Sixty Nine Square Metres) held under Notarial Deed of Cession

of Lease No. MA 685/2010 dated 21st December 2010 made in favour of Mothusi

Makhiwa, together with all the improvements thereon a sitting room, kitchen, living

room, dinning room, two bed room, master bedroom with toilet with bathing room,

bedroom, double garage, and swimming pool.
