Square Metres) held under Deed of Transfer No. 414/2018 dated 9th

day of March 2018 made in favour of Thato Rider Lejowa subject to

Certificate of Rights to Minerals No. 2/84 dated 9th February 1984

and further subject to the reservations and conditions thereto together

with the developments thereon being a three bedroomed house consisting

of 1 ensuite, 2 bedrooms, bath and toilet, open-plan kitchen, sitting room,

storeroom, paved, electric fence and motorized gate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Details and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices,

Plot 54048, Block 6, Gaborone. The deputy sheriff shall not be obliged to

accept any bid made.
