TO: TATENDA MAKWAVARARA, an adult male of full legal capacity whose address for. purposes of this suit and whose full and better particulars are to the Plaintiff unknown.

TAKE NOTICE that a Summons has been issued against you in this Court by WAGAMANG PIET whose address for purposes of this suit are c/o RAMBEA TTORNEYS, HOTEL LABAMA COMPLEX, PLOT 54047, BLOCK 6, P O BOX 83 AAD, POSO HOUSE, GABORONE for the following orders:

a) An Order directing the Defendant to deliver 865 bricks directly to the Plaintiff's residence in Mabutsane within seven days (7) from the date of the judgmerit:-

b) Alternatively, Payment in-the sum of P4, 757.50 being refund for the money' paid in advanced for the undelivered bricks;

c) Payment of interest at 10% per annum tempore morae;

d) Cost of suit on attorney and own client scale;

e) Further and/or alternative relief.

TAKEF URTHERN OTICE that an Order has been made that the publication of notice of such Summons shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the Summons on you. You are required to enter an Appearance to Defend to the Summons within seven (7) days of this publication and, if you do not do so, Judgment may be given against you in your absence.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if you fail to give such notice, Judgment may be granted against you without further reference to you.
