We invite Qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position that is vacant in our organization:
SALES AND MARKETING ENGINEER
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a minimum of Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized Institution. They must have a minimum of eight (8) years HANDS ON experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical Plant, Transformer Refurbishment and Manufacturing. Extensive knowledge of Procurement, Installation and Commissioning is a prerequisite. Certificate in Sales and/or marketing would be an added advantage.
Requirements:

Applicants must have experience in field services work or project based contract, contract development and hands on knowledge of growing the business.
•
He/she must be technically competent in electrical products, machines, drives and services.
•
Applicants must be results-driven in order to lead and grow the sales and marketing functions.
•
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing marketing initiatives, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
•
He/ She must be able to network with local and international companies and be able to attract new business and opportunities for the company.
•
Applicants must be flexible to travel extensively within and outside the country.
•
They must have excellent leadership, team building, communication and client handling skills.
•
Incumbents must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
•
Work experience in an electrical company would be an added advantage.
