The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Tribal

Lot 2693, Kopong in the Bakwena Tribal Territory; measuring 960m2 held

under notarial deed of cession and delegation no. MA 258/2015 dated 30th

day of March 2015 made in favour of Oarabile Keabetswe Phuthego specially

executable. The developments therein are a two bedroomed house consisting

of 2 bedrooms, the other being an ensuite, sitting room, open plan kitchen,

bath and toilet, outdoor toilet and screenwall.
