TAKE NOTICE THAT by Summons for imprisonment for debt issued out of the above Honourable Court on 28th November 2024, you have been called upon to give notice within 14 court days after publication of this notice to the Registrar of the High Court and to the Plaintiff’s Attorneys of your intention to defend (if any) an action wherein the Plaintiff claims:

Payment of the sum of P 493,917.46;

Interest thereon at the prime rate of (currently 5.25%) plus 10% per annum calculated daily and compounded monthly effective 16th October 2019 to date of full payment;

Cost of Suit;

Further and/or alternative relief.
