APPLICATION FOR LOST CERTIFICATES OF REGISTERED TITLE

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the undersigned intends to apply for certified

copies of Certificate of Registered Title No. FT 143/2022 dated 6TH day of

April 2022 and Certificate of Registered Title No. FT 144/2022 dated 6TH day

of April 2022 registered in favour of TATI COMPANY LIMITED in respect of the

under mentioned properties,

CERTAIN: Piece of land being Farm 2061-NQ

(Portion of Farm 4443-NQ)

SITUATE: in the North-East District:

MEASURING: 2.0756 Ha (Two point Zero Seven Five Six hectares);

And

CERTAIN: Piece of land being Farm 2062-NQ

(Portion of Farm 4443-NQ)

SITUATE: in the North-East District:

MEASURING: 2.0080 ha (Two point Zero Zero Eight Zero Hectares);

Any person having objection to issue of such copies is hereby required

to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds for Botswana at

Francistown within three (3) weeks from the last publication of this notice.
