PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: The rights and interest of the First Defendant in a certain piece of land being LOT 37621 GABORONE situate in GABORONE WEST EXTENSION 38, measuring 1024m2 (One Thousand and Twenty-Four Square Metres) held under Deed of Transfer No. 528/2014 dated the 31ST day of MARCH 2014 and made in favour of GLOBAL MEDICAL TECH (PTY) LIMITED together with all developments and improvements thereon;
