Job Title: Document Controller || Job Code - JMEP - FD

We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our project team. The sucessful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documents, drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring proper document control, revision management, and timely distribution of project documentation. To manage and organize project documentation.

• Maintain and update project documents and drawings.

• Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and filing.

• Register and track incoming and outgoing documents.

• Maintain electronic and physical document management systems.

• Support project teams with accurate documentation and record.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The applicant should hold Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Management or a related field with 4 Years of experience with advance expertise in document management in a thermal power plant.

Job Title: Manager – C&I || Job Code - JMEP- FC (Re-advertisment)

We are looking for skilled and motivated Instrumentation Professional to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementation and supervising instrumentation & control systems in line with the project requirements and safety standards. The role involves supervising the erection commissioning of Boiler, Turbine, and BOP instruments, with hands-on experience in DCS/PLC systems, field instruments and control valves. Responsibilities include erection & commissioning testing troubleshooting ,along with strong adherence to interlocks, protection & control logics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, control and implementation of C&I systems & Applications.

• Manage and execute Engineering projects to ensure time delivery.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

• Cordination with all inter-department , OEM and contractor for smooth execution of project.

• Ensure all electrical systems meet safety standards and meet technical specifications.

• Conduct performance evaluation and program analysis on new systems associated with electronics equipment.

• Prepare and summarize test data and technical papers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent.

Job Title: Piping Engineer – Mechanical || Job Code: JMEP- JEB- FB/FC (01)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated mechanical engineer to oversee and supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of approximately 64 km of buried water transmission pipeline and associated mechanical works that is currently being undertaken as Wellfield Development Project at Jindal Mmamabula Energy Project.

Key Responsibilies:

• Select appropriate pipe materials in line with project requirements and international standards.

• Oversee welding and jointing processes to ensure durability and compliance.

• Conduct and supervise hydrostatic testing of piping systems.

• Manage installation of valves and pump station piping.

• Implement surge protection equipment and other associated works.

• Ensure technical compliance with international piping codes and project specifications.

• Coordinate seamlessly with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams.

• Support the achievement of company business objectives and project plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or industrial projects (preferably power plants, pipelines, or infrastructure).

We’re looking for a Head Mining to direct a new greenfield coal mine and associated work functions (box cut development, mine survey, mine design and production planning, drilling and blasting, mine management, contractual agreements and other works) on behalf of the company to ensure the achievement of company business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Applicant shall be part of senior management of the Company and advise the manager appointed under r6(1) of Mines, Quarries, Works and Machinery Regulations, CAP 44:02 to be responsible for the control, management and direction of mine.

• The Applicant shall have thorough knowledge of legislations that are applicable in a mine.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Applicant should hold a degree in Mining Engineering, preferably with a Post Graduate qualification in Management and have 20+ years post qualification experience in the coal mining industry.

Job Title: Mine Surveyor, Job Code: JMEP-MIN-MS-FB/FC (01) (Re-Advertisement)

We are looking for skilled and motivated Mine Surveyors to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for coducting accurate surveys, mantaining spatial data and ensurin g all mining activities align with engineered designs and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• To collect and interpret survey infromation and other spatial information required under mining lesgislation and for service delivery under various activities as coal quality checks.

• Calibration of survey equipment, reconsiliation of actual mining against plan, actual blasted reserves to design parameters, production plan updates and volumentric calculations and other works to ensure compliance with applicable legislation(s) and the achievement of company business objectives.

• The Applicant shall be appointed under r15(1) of Mines, Quarries, Works and Machinery Regulations, CAP 44:02 and carry out obligations under the applicable legislations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Applicant should hold a degree in Mine Surveying/Geomatics or Equivalent qualification and have 5+ years post qualification

• Experience in mining environment (Minerals Resources Management)

Job Title: Technical Services – Mine, Job Code: JMEP-MIN-FB/FC (01)

We are looking for skilled and motivated Technical Services to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing new greenfield coal mine geotechnical, geologicaland mine planning functions to support the mine business plans for coal production aimed at maximizing value from the resource to meet the requirements of the company’s customer and adherence to compliance to applicable mining legislations to ensure the achievement of company business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage geotechnical, geological, and mine planning functions for the new greenfield coal mine.

• Develop and implement mine plans to support coal production aligned with business objectives.

• Maximize value extraction from coal resources while meeting customer requirements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable mining legislation, standards, and regulations.

• Monitor and control project execution to align with approved schedules and production targets.

• Coordinate seamlessly with geotechnical, geological, survey, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable mining operations.

We are looking for skilled and motivated Project Engineers to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing Coal Handling and Process Plant (CHHP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design development and process design, defined Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM).

• Design deliverables and any proposed design changes and establish engineering standards for the project to ensure compliance with applicable legislation(s) and the achievement of company business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The applicant shall hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering /

Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering, and have 10+ years postqualification experience in design, engineering, construction and commissioning of the coal preparation plant / Turn-key CHHP project contract. Certification in Project management shall be an added advantage.
