Gaborone International School is a division of ADvTECH Schools which is a leading private

sector in the field of education, contributing meaningfully towards the sustainable development of

human capacity in Africa. Gaborone International School consists of a Pre-school, Primary school

and High school. We follow the National Primary School Learning Examination (PSLE) syllabus

in the Primary School and the Cambridge IGCSE in the High School. The offered curricula enable

each learner to compete at international levels and embrace the world with confidence. We are

currently recruiting for the following positions;

1. Pre School Teachers (3)

Requirements: Early Childhood Development qualification with at least 2 years

teaching experience in an English medium Pre School.

2. Primary School Teachers (10)

Requirements: At least Degree in Education with at least 4 years teaching experience

in an English medium Primary School.

3. High School Teachers (10)

Requirements: Degree in Education or equivalent or PGDE with at least 4 years

teaching experience in an English medium Senior School. A Masters degree and ability

to teach up to A’ Level will be an added advantage.

4. Specialist Teachers

• Mathematics (5)

• Science (Physics, Biology and Chemistry) (10)

• Languages (English, Literature, Setswana and French) (5)

• Commercials (Business studies/Economics/Accounting) (4)

• Humanities (Geography, History) (4)

• ICT and Computer Science (4)

• RME (3)

• Music (2)
