BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the judgment of the above Honourable Court the following property of the 2nd Defendant will be sold by public auction to the highest bidder by the Deputy Sheriff as follows:-

TIME OF SALE: 12:30 Hours

VENUE: Plot No. 13023, Tonota

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: An Agricultural farm with a reservoir, four (4) raised timber houses, green house and a shed house being Plot No. 13023, Tonota situate at Gulushabe (cadestre 481) in the Bamangwato Tribal Territory, measuring 10.5572ha, (Ten Point Five Five Seven Two Hectares), held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. FT TL 1000/2017 dated 21st December 2017 made in favour of Kabelo Kaisara.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices, Plot 387, Independence Avenue, Gaborone. The Deputy Sheriff shall not be obliged to accept any bid made.
