GrandPalm celebrates 30 years with Gin experience

The event promises to be a vibrant celebration of gin, cocktails, live music and social connection. The first event will take place on 28 March 2026 at the Grand Palm Marquee, with two additional editions later on in the year scheduled for 18 July and 7 November 2026. The GIN Experience is designed as a vibrant social gathering where guests can explore premium gin brands, enjoy expertly crafted cocktails and experience live entertainment in a relaxed outdoor setting.

Head of Marketing, Malebogo Motlaleng explained that the event will open its doors from 15:00 to 23:00 with guided gin tastings from 15:00 to 19:00.

“The experience is made possible through partnerships with leading beverage and lifestyle brands including Schweppes, Heineken Beverages, Benju, SMC Brands and Collections by BK Proctor,” Motlaleng said.

According to The Grand Palm, the event forms part of a broader programme of entertainment and lifestyle experiences planned to commemorate three decades of hospitality and entertainment at the iconic Gaborone destination.

Tickets are priced at P200, P400 and P1,500, and are available at the Walmont Hotel Reception. Members of the Winners Circle loyalty programme will receive 10% off standard ticket prices
