The above-mentioned school is looking for qualified and experienced staff in the following areas:
ADMINISTRATION: Principal, Administration Manager, and Vice-Principal (Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary)
PRINCIPAL
Qualification:
At least a degree plus a qualification in Education
A minimum of 5 years serving as a Principal in an English medium school
A Master's will be an added advantage
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
At least a holder of a master’s degree in any relevant educational discipline
A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in an English medium school
5 years in an administrative position will be an added advantage
VICE-PRINCIPAL
At least a degree plus a qualification in Education
A minimum of 3 years serving as a Vice Principal in an English medium school
Added advantage: Experience with the Cambridge International Education Syllabus
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Duties include:
Performing important administrative and clerical duties related to the character development program
Working as a trainer and presenter in order to educate staff members, parents, and students on important character development skills and expectations
STUDENT ACADEMIC & CAREER ADVISOR
Duties Include:
Guiding students on academic subjects
Assisting students with career choices
Liaising with local and international universities
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER:
Duties include:
Advise management on the administration of human resource policies and procedures
Create and design plans for applying new techniques for driving change in HR processes
Developing methods for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects
Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies
Qualification
Degree in human resources or business administration
3-year work experience
CAMPUS MANAGER
Applicants should possess
Very good communication skills
Good leadership qualities
Health and environment skills
Qualification:
Diploma in Business Administration
TEACHERS FOR DIFFERENT LEVELS
SECONDARY TEACHER to teach IGCSE and/or AS/A levels:
Subjects offered for IGCSE are as follows: Accounting, Agriculture, Art and Design, Biology, Business Studies, Computer Science, Chemistry, Computer Science, Coordinated Science, Economics, English Language, Enterprise, French, Geography, History, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Literature in English, Mathematics, Physical Education, Physics, Setswana and Travel & Tourism.
Subjects offered for AS/A-Level are as follows: Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, Computer Science, Geography, English Language, English Literature, History, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should
Have a Bachelor of Education Degree or a Degree in a related subject.
Have a Post Graduate Diploma in Education or a Diploma in Secondary Education
Have at least three years post-qualification experience in an English Medium School
Be fluent in English.
Be experienced and highly knowledgeable with the Cambridge IGCSE/AS-A level curriculum in the related subject(s)
Being able to offer more than two subjects will be an advantage.
PRIMARY TEACHERS
A minimum of a Diploma in Education/bachelor’s degree (Primary Education)
Applicants should have at least three years of post-qualification experience in an English Medium School
Qualification to teach or experience in teaching the Cambridge International syllabus will be an added advantage.
SPECIALIST TEACHERS
A minimum of a Certificate in the specialized subject from a recognized institution
A minimum of a Diploma in Education and experience at a Primary School.
Being a member of a recognized institution/board will be an added advantage.
Subjects include Art and Design, Computer Studies/ICT, French, Guidance and Counselling, Music, and Physical Education.
HEAD OF LEARNING SUPPORT
A minimum of a Diploma in Special Needs Education
At least five years of experience working with Special Needs learners.
SPECIAL (LOTUS) CLASS TEACHER
A qualification in Special Education
At least five years of experience in Special Class
PRE-SCHOOL
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education
Have at least three years post-qualification experience in an English Medium School
Be fluent in English.
SHE OFFICER
Minimum of a Diploma in Health and Safety
At least 3 years post-qualification experience
NUTRITIONAL ADVISOR
BSc in food and nutrition, and at least 3 years of experience working in a school environment
AUXILLIARY: CLEANERS, GARDENERS, DRIVERS, COOK
A minimum of BGCSE with at least 6 years’ experience in a busy environment
Any other qualifications will be an added advantage.
