PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 899, Tlokweng, measuring 1198m2 (One Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Eight Square Metres) which is held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No.TL 218/2004 dated 24th day of May 2004 made in favour of JOSEPH MANTSWE MAGWADI together with the developments thereon being a Six bachelor pads, Three bedroomed house, Sitting room, kitchen, Master bedroom, toilet with bathroom and wall.
