TITTLE: 1 PASTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

l Able to conduct daily services with the members of the Universal Church of the

Kingdom of God in any branch within Botswana as required from time to time.

l Able to give mature spiritual guidance to other youth pastors

l To hold weekly meetings with church volunteer groups

l To hold weekly prayers in the hospital

l To hold weekly meeting with Prison group

l To hold weekly meeting with the Senior Group

l Give marital guidance to couples within the congregation

l Reach out to the community through Charity works

l To organize and oversee the daily activities of the church branch. To organize and

oversee the youth group activities

l To organize and carry out all evangelical work of the Church branch

EDUCATION:

l Certificate of Ordination

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 28 years’ experience in preaching, spiritual supports, deliverance, marriage counselling and other facets of missionary service. Candidate must be fluent in English, experience in training other youth pastors at the UCKG is essential. Married for at least 28 years. Wife must be fully supportive of the missionary work.
