Technical Manager – 1

A large established manufacturing company has a position for Technical Manager tenable in Gaborone. The technical manager will oversee manufacturing and have experience of at least 10-15 years in plastic manufacturing technology.

Skills & Experience

Appropriate technical educational background

Knowledge of setup systems and fine tuning of manufacturing machines, testers & equipment specific to the factory.

Improve and maintain high levels of production

Conduct failure analysis and advice on counter solutions.

Accountable for the quality, maintenance and assurance of product consistency

Qualification

At least a national Diploma
