For young female DJs, DJ Nox advises, 'Establish a strong foundation in music and technology. Invest time in learning and network with other DJs'. She also emphasises the importance of fair pay for DJs, saying, 'Promoters and venue owners must pay DJs with money, not alcohol or exposure'.
