BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to a Judgment granted by the above Honourable Court on the 20th day of June 2024 the following immovable property of the abovementioned Defendant will be sold by means of public auction to the highest bidder by Deputy Sheriff Ikageng Seloi as follows:

TIME OF SALE: 1000 hours

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 2518, Mochudi situate at Mochudi in the Bakgatla Tribal Territory, measuring 1438m2 (One Thousand Four Hundred And Thirty-Eight Square Metres) held under Notarial Deed f Cession No. MA 371/2007 dated the 27th day of July 2007 in favour of Evans Galemmone Monowe together with all the improvements thereon being a commercial building comprising of a butchery and a supermarket.
