PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 2518, Mochudi situate at Mochudi in the Bakgatla Tribal Territory, measuring 1438m2 (One Thousand Four Hundred And Thirty-Eight Square Metres) held under Notarial Deed f Cession No. MA 371/2007 dated the 27th day of July 2007 in favour of Evans Galemmone Monowe together with all the improvements thereon being a commercial building comprising of a butchery and a supermarket.
