ASIAN CHEF

We are currently looking for a Qualified Asian Chef. The Chef will report to the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications required & minimum experience:

A certificate in Occupational Qualification level 4

3-5 Years of post-working experience

Excellent knowledge in preparation of Asian Cuisine.

Must be able to draw up excellent new menus.

Required to work long hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing meals

Training staff on how to prepare some dishes

Responsible for ordering restaurant/kitchen items

Planning menus

Responsible for kitchen budget

Enforcing health and safety regulations

Preserving and maintaining high food quality

To ensure compliance to all health statutory requirements and company standards
