Bonaqua Product Recall Notice

Recall Reference Code: MoH 6/1/1 IV (7)

Date: 23rd February 2026

Coca-Cola Beverages Botswana (CCBB) is voluntarily withdrawing a specific batch of Bonaqua 1.5L with the best before code BB04/11/2026 and Bonaqua 500ml with best before date of BB28/02/2026 which can be found on the neck of the bottle.

The withdrawal is to investigate consumer complaints and quality concerns.

Maintaining the highest global standards of quality is our primary concern in this instance and we are calling on all members of the public to return any unused stock from this specific batch to CCBB and refrain from selling it.

To return the stock, kindly contact CCBB on +267 3924016 or contact your sales representative. As the recall is meant to investigate consumer complaints and quality concerns, anyone with the specific batch is requested to not distribute it further.

This is an isolated incident and no other Coca-Cola brands, or products have been affected. If any consumers have purchased a product which they are not entirely satisfied with, they are asked to contact the call centre on +267 3924016.
