VACANCY: INTERNATIONAL TOURISM MANAGER

Location: Botswana

Company: Blueberry Voyages Pty Ltd

Blueberry Travels is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Tourism Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international tourism operations, leading teams, and handling clients end-to-end.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Tourism Manager or in a similar senior role

• Strong knowledge of the international tourism industry and global destinations

• Proven experience in team leadership and staff management

• Hands-on experience using travel portals, booking systems, and online

Platforms

• Ability to handle clients end-to-end, from inquiry to post-travel support

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently

Preferred Skills (Advantage):

• Experience in corporate and leisure travel management

• Knowledge of air ticketing, hotel contracting, and supplier negotiations

• Familiarity with GDS systems and tourism technology tools
