PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 1st Defendant’s right, title and interest on certain piece of land being Tribal Lot. 1065, Tlokweng, situated at Tlokweng in the Batlokwa Tribal Territory, measuring 1218m2 together with developments thereon comprising of a three bed bedroomed house with 1x en-suite, bath and toilet, sitting room, fitted kitchen, single garage. Servant’s quarter with toilet and shower, kitchenette, yard half paved, walled, electric fence and motorised gate held under Notarial Deed of Cession and Delegation No. MA 484/2017 dated the 30th day of June 2017 made in favour of PENRICH INSURANCE BROKERS (PTY) LTD;
