PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 4th Defendant’s right, title and interest on certain piece of land being Tribal Grant No. 5351-KO, Diphephe Thamaga , situated in the Bakwena Tribal Territory, measuring 26.4538ha together with developments thereon comprising of First House: three roomed house, Second House: 2 bedroomed house with sitting room and kitchen, ablution: 1x toilet, 1x shower, fenced, borehole using solar, 1x4 5000L Jojo tanks held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. TG 364/2012 dated the 26th day of November 2012 made in favour of CHOICE TEBOGO NKWADI;
