PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 2nd Defendant’s right, title and interest on certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 125, Mmankgodi, situated at Mmankgodi in the Bakwena Trerritory, measuring 846m2 together with developments thereon comprising of a four bedroomed house, 2x en-suites, sitting room, kitchen, dinning room, guess toilet, bathroom, double garage, servants’s quarter attached to the house, walled with motorised gate held under Memorandum of Agreemnt of Lease No.TL 331/2015 dated the 27th day of February 2015 made in favour of MOLWANTWA BOYCE GASEITSEWE;
