PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 1st Defendant’s right, title and interest on certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 5714, Mmopane, situated at Mmopane in the Bakwena Tribal Territory, measuring 866m2 together with developments thereon comprising of 5x 2 1/2 (two and half) houses, pitlatrine toilet and boundry wall held under Notarial Deed of Cession No. MA 1076/2021 dated the 2nd day of November 2021 made in favour of PHUDUHUDU DRILLING (PTY) LTD;

CONDITIONS OF SALE: May be inspected at the office of the hereunder mentioned Deputy Sheriff’s offices at Tribal Lot 6171, Tlokweng.
