VACANCY: CRICKET COACH

Minimum Requirements:

Must possess a BCA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (Botswana Cricket Association).

Must hold an ICC Level 1 Coaching Qualification (International Cricket Council).

Must be currently undertaking or have completed ICC Level 2 Coaching Qualification.

Must have a valid Safeguarding Certificate (mandatory for working with children).

A minimum of 5 years coaching experience.

Must have coaching experience in International tournaments, preferably in an international cricket capacity.

Must demonstrate the ability to coach and manage learners aged 5 to 19 years.

Additional Requirements:

Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Must be available to travel and accompany learners to tournaments and cricket events.

Commitment to student development and discipline

Knowledge of modern cricket coaching methods
