Property/Facilities Manager *1

Core Responsibilities

Building Maintenance & Operations: Overseeing HVAC, electrical systems, Plumbing and ensuring a safe and clean environment

Budgeting and reporting: Managing maintenance budgets and maintaining records of expenses

Staff Supervision

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance, property management or related field.

Technical knowledge: Understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety regulations must be able to weld.

Organization: Excellent multitasking, planning and problem solving must be able to read plans

Landscapers *2

Incumbent must;

• Have five or more years of experience as a gardener.

• Be fluent in English

• Be able to work with a team
