Qualifications & Requirements:

Communication & Coordination

Serve as the direct liaison between the owner and contractors, consultants, government bodies, and tenants.

Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure all parties are aligned on objectives.

Relay owner’s instructions, concerns, and feedback to relevant teams.

Project & Contract Management

Monitor project progress (construction, renovations, maintenance) to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Review contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance documents.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all work complies with local laws, safety regulations, and owner’s requirements.

Maintain records of approvals, inspections, and legal documents.

Handle permits, licenses, and government submissions as needed.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

Track project expenditures and report financial status to the owner.

Assist in tender processes, vendor selection, and procurement.

Process invoices, payments, and budget adjustments.

Problem-Solving & Dispute Resolution

Address conflicts between contractors, tenants, or agencies on behalf of the owner.

Propose solutions for delays, cost overruns, or design changes.

Tenant & Stakeholder Relations (If applicable)

Manage tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.

Conduct property inspections and ensure tenant compliance with terms.

Reporting & Strategic Advice

Provide regular updates (written/oral) on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Advise the owner on long-term property/business strategies.

Key Skills Required:

Strong negotiation & communication both in Chinese and English

Knowledge of construction/property laws

Financial & project management expertise

Problem-solving under pressure
