Deed of Transfer No. 249/91 dated 15th March 1991 in respect of:-

CERTAIN: piece of land being Lot 1090 Dumela Township in Francistown

SITUATE: in the North East Administrative District

MEASURING: 12358m2 (Twelve Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Eight Square Metres)

HELD: under Deed of Transfer No. 249/91 dated 15th March 1991 in favour of CHEVRON BOTSWANA (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED

SUBJECT: to the reservations and conditions contained in the aforesaid Deed

Any person having objection to the issue of such a copy is hereby required to lodge same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Gaborone within 3 (three) weeks of the last publication of this notice.
