BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to a Judgment granted by the above Honourable Court on the 20th March 2025 the following immovable property of the abovementioned Defendant will be sold by means of public auction to the highest bidder by Deputy Sheriff U. Chilisa as follows:

DATE OF SALE: Friday 13th March 2026

VENUE: Lot 20721, Palapye

TIME OF SALE: 1000 hours

TERMS OF SALE: All participating bidders are required to make an upfront payment of BWP 10 000.00 directly to the undersigned Attorneys, refundable only to those who did not succeed in the sale. Only cash or bank guaranteed cheques will be accepted. The detailed conditions of sale are available for inspection at the undersigned Attorneys’ offices.

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD:The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Lot 20721, Palapye, situate at Palapye in the Bamangwato Tribal Territory measuring 1 204m2 (One Thousand Two Hundred and Four Square Metres) held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. FT TL 221/2013 registered in favour of Joyce Mercy Mothupi dated 8th day of April 2013, together with developments therein, being 4 blocks, each block with open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and common bathroom, screen wall, electric fence, motorized gate and parking lot.
