BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to a Judgment granted by the above Honourable Court on the 04th August 2025 the following immovable property of the abovementioned Defendant will be sold by means of public auction to the highest bidder by Deputy Sheriff U. Chilisa as follows:

TIME OF SALE: 1000 hours

TERMS OF SALE: All participating bidders are required to make an upfront payment of BWP 10 000.00 directly to the undersigned Attorneys, refundable only to those who did not succeed in the sale. Only cash or bank guaranteed cheques will be accepted. The detailed conditions of sale are available for inspection at the undersigned Attorneys’ offices

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Lot 15168, Tlokweng, situate on Lot 8986, Tlokweng (Cadastre 3) in Batlokwa Tribal Territory measuring 403m2 (Four Hundred and Three Square Metres) held under Notarial Deed of Cession No. MA 174/2022 dated 28th day of February 2022 made in favour of Dimpho Monyamane, together with developments therein, being sitting room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, parking lot, screen wall with electric fence.
