Gospel vibes unite Tshepo Zion’s spiritual soundwave

'I wanted to create a platform to uplift and grow Zion music in Botswana,' says Tshepo Zion. 'Attendees can expect powerful performances, inspiring messages, and a community of like-minded believers.' The festival features notable artists such as Blessings In Christ from South Africa, Ubunye Bama Zayoni, Revelations in Christ, Zion House Of Praise, Dr Macheno, Apostol Muzila, and Joseph Rocky Tamari.
Tshepo Zion's music reflects his personal journey with God, sharing hope, love, and redemption.
'My music is a reflection of my journey with God - it is about sharing hope, love, and redemption,' he says. The festival is designed to promote unity and spiritual growth through shared worship, fellowship, and inspiring messages.
'We are blending local talent with international acts to create a unique sound and learning experience. We'll have prayer sessions, workshops, and food stalls, plus opportunities to meet the artists, he said, adding that MCs Mr Abed and Mis P Paledi will keep the vibe going.
The festival incorporates local culture and talent, featuring local choirs and artists, showcasing Botswana's gospel music scene. 'I hope attendees experience God's love and presence, and leave inspired to spread positivity,' says Tshepo Zion.
To prepare spiritually and emotionally, attendees are encouraged to come with open hearts, ready to worship and receive. Prayer and meditation are key. The festival is made possible by partnerships with Lighthouse and local churches, and part of the proceeds will support local charities and music initiatives.
'Gospel music speaks to the soul, offering hope and comfort. It is a powerful medium,' he said. Tshepo Zion balances his ministry and music through prayer and focus, with his music being his ministry. Faith is his inspiration, and he writes from the heart, reflecting his journey with God.
