The new leadership has been mandated with running the affairs of the club until the end of the current season.
According to a statement from the club, Rapotsanyane has been elected as the new chairperson, replacing Freddie Ramodise who had recently survived an initial attempt to force him out.
Ramodise and his committee had been facing pressure from some sections of supporters who had been calling for the leadership to step aside because of disputes over control and governance.
Boysie Basinyi has been elected as the new vice chairperson while Kgomotsego Basinyi will hold the club’s purse as new treasurer.
Mogomotsi Orapeleng has returned as the club’s Public Relations officer while Tshepo Lekgowe and Olefile Kutuso came in as secretary and vice secretary respectively.
Goitseone Tswiri and Olebile Rabasima complete the list as additional members.
The current committee faces an immediate challenge of stabilising the club’s finances in order to keep the playing squad motivated.
Currently, Notwane are sitting at position seven with 17 points from 14 games in the First Division South league table.
With eight matches remaining for them, 12 points separate them and log leaders, Dinare FC, faced with a mammoth task ahead in the battle to gain promotion
