We invite qualified and experienced candidates to apply

for the following position that is vacant in our organization:

WORKSHOP MANAGER – BASED IN LETLHAKANE

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a minimum of Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical (preferably Mechanical) from an internationally recognized institution. They must have a minimum of ten (10) years HANDS ON experience as a Workshop Manager in Electro – Mechanical repair workshop or Motor Rewinding workshop.

Requirements:

Applicants must have extensive experience in the repair and servicing of the following electrical machines; Motors, Generators, Submersible Pumps, Welding Machines, Transformers, Skimming and Machining.

Incumbents must possess an exceptional ability in managing of workshop team to meet customer’s expectations and demands.

Incumbent must have knowledge in coordinating, planning and organising activities of a workshop to ensure maximum productivity.

He/She must have the ability to work accurately under pressure without supervision and work well in a team.

Incumbents must have excellent leadership, team building, communication and client handling skills.

Experience in Manufacture of Mechanical Components will be an added advantage.

Experience with Quality Control will also be an added advantage.
