REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

A Gaborone Company specialising in the manufacture of Clay bricks, Concrete bricks, Paving and Precast concrete products requires a Regional Operations Manager who will be responsible for running the day-to-day business activities.

The applicant should have experience in the fields of Production, Safety, Human resources, Mining and Quality Assurance in the manufacturing and mechanical processes used to produce such products.

Applicant should have a minimum of 20 years practical experience in managing a similar business. A proven track record of communicating with staff and maintaining of VB4 Block Machines, Steel Extruder machines and production planning. The applicant must have a Mechanical Diploma and Millwright qualifications or similar is a pre -request for this position. Management and strong financial skills would be an added benefit.
