Mbalakalungu head coach, Motlhagodi Baatshwana, complained that his players suffered exhaustion due to the long trip from Kasane to Francistown which contributed for their huge defeat.

'We just arrived and had to play, and I feel like most, if not all, players were tired because we got here and had to play,” he bemoaned.

Due to the team's fatigue, Baatshwana said they wanted to at least block their opponents from scoring in the first 20 minutes.

However, Enesia FC proved too strong, scoring four goals leaving their opponents disappointed.

Baatshwana lamented the team's struggles on the field and as a sporting club, highlighting limited resources as a major challenge.

'It was a sad day as it was our first loss without goal in a game,' he said.

For his part, Enesia head coach, Chris Mowanza was pleased with his team's performance. He said they played well and that the win was a work in progress.

'We were a little bit jittery at first, but we got into the game and played as planned,' he said.

Mowanza was happy with his players' efforts, despite creating many chances and missing on more goals.

'When people are making errors, it means they are getting there, but it is only a matter of composure,' the coach added.

After scoring the fourth goal, Mowanza told his players to enjoy the game and not play under pressure.

'I want my players to enjoy themselves, and if they do, even the spectators will enjoy.

'I don't want them to play under pressure, but they should enjoy what they are doing, and then they will play well.'

Enesia's victory has pushed them to second place with 24 points, closing in on league leaders, Tonota FC, who top the table with 33 points.
