Godson takes Mr Botswana crown

The event, held on Saturday night, featured a stunning traditional attire parade that showcased the rich cultural heritage of Botswana.
The evening began with a vibrant display of traditional designs, including Zulu, Hosana, Sotho, Tswana, Nigerian, and Sebirwa, all beautifully crafted by local designers. Aqua Reimagined by Tru'D took centre stage, showcasing underwear and sending a powerful message against GBV.
The top contenders, including Thato Johannes in a royal blue suit, Gape Gadiwele in sky blue, Emmanuel Sedimo in navy blue, and Jacob Chabalala in black, waded through the competition with style and charisma. But it was Moitshepi Godson who stole the show, taking home the coveted title of Mr Botswana 2025.
Poloko Tamanisa claimed the first runner-up position, while Kesaobaka Gaerekwe secured the second runner-up spot. The winners will represent Botswana at the Mr International pageant in Thailand, showcasing the country's rich culture and talent on the global stage.
