VACANCY:

A well-established Factory Pie Manufacturers company in Botswana requires the service of experienced Operations Manager, to be part of the Management team responsible for all aspects of the management of the company.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

with minimum of at least over 15 years’ experience in retail management and factory production management industry including a proven track record in business development, Marketing and Distribution Operations with Technical Diploma Qualification in Electronics. Responsibilities: To oversee the operations of the factory, expanding of the factory, installations of the computer and network systems, staff development and training in the new system, setup, and implementation logistics system in the control of all delivery vehicles. To implement factory expansion and to roll out our export strategy.
