Property to be sold: A certain piece of land being Tribal Grant No.402-JO, situated at Sedibeng in the Bangwaketse Tribal Territory, measuring 16,1632Ha (Sixteen Comma One Six Three Two Hectares) held under Memorandum of Agreement Lease No. TG 94/2011 dated 17th day of May 2011 made in favour of Bathusi Ramogotsi, subject to the reservations and conditions contained to the aforesaid Lease together with developments thereon being a horticultural farm with borehole and reservoir.
