Property to be sold : A certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 595 Otse, situated in the Bamalete Tribal Territory measuring 5746m² (Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-Six Square Metres) held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. TL 1147/2011 dated 17th day of October 2011 made in favour of Samuel Webber subject to the reservations and conditions contained in the aforesaid lease together with developments thereon being a Poultry house, Storeroom and fenced.
