Property to be sold: A certain piece of land being Lot 2582 (portion of Lot 2574, Lobatse), Lobatse, situated in the Lobatse Administrative District, measuring 809m2 (Eight Hundred and Nine Square Metres) which property is held under Deed of Fixed Period State Grant No. 423/88 dated 25th day of July 2012, made in favour of Johnson Setilo Lesang subject to the reservations and conditions contained in the aforesaid deed, being a bakery business with development thereon being one office, reception, production room, 4 toilet, 2 showers and screen wall.
