BOTSWANA UNIFIED REVENUE SERVICE EMPLOYEES PENSION FUND

INVITATION TO TENDER

FOR PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES 2025

Interested Companies are invited to purchase the tender for the Provision of Financial Audit Services for the BURS Employees Pension Fund.

Tender documents containing details of the requirements are available from:

Telegraphic, telephone, facsimile and email tenders will not be considered.

A non-refundable deposit of P500.00 will be required upon collection of the Tender documents and all such payments shall be made payable to BURS Employees Pension Fund. Method of payment should be via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Request for bank details for EFT payment shall be made to

Tenders submitted must be structured in the same manner as detailed in the Tender document.

Notwithstanding anything contained above and in the tender document, the Client is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor to incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.

The response to the Tenders shall be HAND delivered to the address stated above and shall be clearly marked “BURS Employees Pension Fund, Tender for provision of Financial Audit Services – BURSEPF 2025”.

All tenders must be received by Alexander Forbes Financial Services on behalf of the Client not later than 12:00hrs on 1 December 2025.
