PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Lot 38148, Gaborone, situate in Gaborone West Extension 39, measuring 413m2 (Four Hundred and Thirteen Square Metres), held under Deed of Transfer No. 320/2004 dated 25th February 2004 made in favour of Joseph Jack Silishebo Mucheka together with some developments thereon comprising of a three bedroomed house, master ensuite, sitting room, Dining Room, Fitted Kitchen, Maid’s quarters with Electrified Security Wall.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices, Plot 387, Independence Avenue, Gaborone. The Deputy Sheriff shall not be obliged to accept any bid made.
