PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Lot 8772, Selebi Phikwe (Portion of Lot 8762, Selebi Phikwe), situate in the Central Administrative District, measuring 339m2 (Three Hundred and Thirty Nine Square Metres) held under Deed of Transfer No. FT532/2014 dated the 30th day of May, 2014 made in favour of TEBATSO KEBAKUILE together with the developments thereon being a three bedroomed house, kitchen, sitting room and fenced.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Details and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices, Plot 387, Independence Avenue, Gaborone. The deputy sheriff shall not be obliged to accept any bid made.
