BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the judgment of the above Honourable Court the following property of the 2nd Defendant will be sold by public auction to the highest bidder by the Deputy Sheriff as follows:-

DATE OF SALE: 5th December 2025

TIME OF SALE: 10:00hrs

VENUE: Tribal Grant 4610-KO, Kgope

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Tribal Grant 4610-KO, situate at Kgope in the Bakwena Tribal Territory, measuring 13.0368 Ha (Thirteen Point Zero Three Six Eight Hectares) held under Memorandum of Agreement of Grant of Lease NO. TG 172/2010 dated the 18th day of August, 2010 made in favour of Shale Gaosegelwe together with the developments thereon being a Two and Half House, Three Setswana Huts (Mud Huts), 1 x 2 Separate Rooms, Reservoir Unfinished Four Roomed House and Pit Latrine.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Details and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices, Plot 54015, Phase 4, Gaborone. The deputy sheriff shall not be obliged to accept any bid made.
