PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Lot 19716, Francistown situate in Francistown Extension 27, along Damisetshe Street, in the Selepa Development, measuring 399m2 (Three Hundred and Ninety Nine Square Metres) held under Deed of Transfer Number FT 911/2009 dated the 28th day of October 2009 made in favour of Thebe Sefako together with the developments therein, being a 3 bedroomed house with master ensuite, kitchen, dining room with common bathroom and toilet, with a 2 bedroomed cottage with fitted kitchen, toilet and bathtub with a security wall.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Details and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices, Plot 387, Independence Avenue, Gaborone. The deputy sheriff shall not be obliged to accept any bid made.
