LSC Security Botswana requires the service of an A&S Engineer / HSS support Engineer, candidate needs to have at least 10 years’ experience in the Telecommunication industry with a Batchelor’s degree in information Systems, Computer Science or Data Communications. Certification in CCNA, Quality Assurance Testing. Redhat System, AIX System and SIGTRAN IMIS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Creating KPI for new products/services, Marketing proposals, products & Services vendor evaluation process-weighted evaluation for new hardware, features and services;

*Design Convergent Billing System to integrate new elements;

*Minimize network and service impact for any change;

*Scheduling all the planned works;

*Using RACI model to share responsibilities and information in crossfunctional teams;

*Create and update handover system configuration documentation after

*software/hardware installation or upgrade;

*Configure date for new systems with vendor engineer;

*Create/adopt necessary work instruction for existing systems.

*S.W.O.T analysis of projects on regular basis;

*Provide recommendation reports to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing services;
