A star-studded night of fun

The event will be held on November 1, 2025, at Wagga Gardens.

This enchanting market promises to be bigger, brighter, and more magical than ever. Wagga Gardens will be transformed into an open-air wonderland of lights, sounds, and flavors.

A fixture on the cultural calendar since 2016, the Night Market was created by the No.1 Ladies Coffee House, which operated from the Thapong Visual Arts Centre until 2023. Now, for one special evening, its vibrant spirit is back to rekindle community, creativity, and celebration.

“We are thrilled to bring the Night Market back after our last edition in 2023. This year, your P250 ticket includes complimentary craft beer and wine tastings, alongside live music, art, and an unforgettable community vibe,' said Mimi Shand, organiser and owner of the No.1 Ladies Night Market.

She added that visitors should expect a lively blend of live music, art showcases, handcrafted goods, local cuisine, craft beer, and fine wine. All will be wrapped in the warm, festive spirit that has long captured the hearts of Botswana’s creative community. She also said a thoughtfully curated kiddies’ corner would keep younger guests entertained, while adults unwind with friends beneath the stars.

Shand encouraged guests to bring blankets, camp chairs, or cushions and settle in for a night that celebrates the richness of local talent, culture, and togetherness. 'Whether you are sipping wine to the rhythm of live jazz or discovering hidden gems at artisan stalls, the No.1 Ladies Night Market was back to remind us just how magical a community gathering can be,' she added.

Tickets are sold at P250 for adults, which includes craft beer tasting and wine tasting, and P100 for children. They will be available in advance or at the gate, subject to availability.
