UPON HEARING: Applicant in person and no appearance for the Respondent and having read the documents filed of record.

IT IS ORDERED THAT: Summary Judgment is granted in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant as follows

Payment of the sum of P100,000.00

Interest thereon at the rate of 10% per annum reckoned from the 12th of February 2024 to date of full payment.

Costs of suit

The matter is adjourned to 25 November 2025 for hearing of summary judgment application.
