The Grand Palm hotels’ much-loved Gin Experience is back this year on November 1, 2025, and it promises even more flair, flavour, and festive spirit as it celebrates its fifth anniversary.

What began as an intimate boutique tasting session has evolved into Botswana’s premier gin and lifestyle showcase, drawing together distillers, chefs, and gin lovers for an afternoon of fashion and the ultimate gin experience.

To be hosted at the Fig Tree venue at the Grand Palm, the 2025 Gin Experience will once again transform the venue into a vibrant hub of creativity, fashion, and music. As is the norm, guests can look forward to a fusion of bold botanicals, gourmet cuisine, and live performances, all crafted to celebrate the artistry of gin pairing.

According to a statement from Grand Palm’s marketing manager, Malebogo Motlaleng, “ Whether you’re a gin enthusiast or simply seeking a lively afternoon under the trees, the Grand Palm’s Gin Experience promises a blend of taste, sound, and style, a toast to five years of elevating Botswana’s social scene, one sip at a time.”

Entertainment on the day will be directed by MC Brando, who brings a touch of humour and charm, ensuring guests are kept entertained from start to finish, as the deejays take turns.

“As the event marks a significant milestone, organisers have extended appreciation to their long-standing partners Coca-Cola Beverages, Lengau Liquor Distributors, Benju, Heineken Beverages, and SMC Brand whose support has helped shape the Gin Experience into the celebrated affair it is today,” the statement further reads.

The event kicks off at 14:00 and runs until late, with tastings closing at 19:00. Tickets are priced at P450 General ticket and P800 for the Limited Edition ticket, available from The Grand Palm reception.
